Elastic waisted skirts are so comfy and so pretty but the best part is that they work every season. Wear it in summer with a tee and a hat, in winter add tights and a jumper and you're set. The length is KNEE length on 'average' heights for the age group. Our tweens are quite tall and the skirts appear shorter on them (which we think looks awesome!). However, we always show garments on the 'correct' age so you can choose to upsize or downsize to your taste.
